Abstract(in English) This paper describes the novel structured low pass filter having a tranmission line circuit, which has the metallic magnetic layers, the dielectric layers and the conductor lines. The transmission line device has been developed by using the 15μm thick amorphous magnetic ribbons, the polyimide sheets and the opper conductor lines. An application of the device to switching noise filter for 500kHz operation dc-dc converter is also shown in this paper.
