Abstract(in English) This paper describes the charactaristics of layered inductor made of nanocrystalline Fe(Co-Fe)-Hf-O thin films with high resistive and the operation characteristics of the micro DC-DC converter using the layered inductor. Fe(Co-Fe)-HF-O thin films have low loss characteristics at high frequency up to 100 MHz owing to their high electrical resistivity. As a result, the layered inductor utilizinig a Co_<44>Fe_<19>Hf_<15>O_<22> thin film exhibits Q value of 12.3 at 5MHz. The output power from 0.19W to 0.42W and the efficiency of 81% were obtained for the micro DC-DC converter operated at 5MHz.
