Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Piezoelectric Transformer Converter (PT-converter) which we had presented before did not have a sufficiently high efficiency. Changing the output rectifier circuit, its efficiency has been improved up t0 86%. However, when the switching frequency is varied for the load regulation, the efficiency drops down. In this paper, the efficiency improvement of the PT-converter by changing the input circuit of the PT is presented. As a result, both the frequency and the load characteristics of the efficiency have been improved.
