Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper an influence of reverse recovery characteristics of rectifier diodes on series resonant converter is investigated. From the considering the reverse recovery of the rectifier diodes, it is cleared that the converter has the operation mode of ZCS (not ZVS) at light load, and the conversion ratio of over 1. In addition, control characteristics of the converter get worse at the constant voltage regulation. Calculated results are verified by the experiments and they agree well.
