Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, the application of MHz class high-frequency switching to switching power supplies is developed for reducing component sizes. However, high-frequency switching increases switching losses and noise. In ordter to solve these problems, We have proposed soft switching circuits for forward converters which regenerate energy in snubber capacitors to power source. In this paper, we report analysis and experimental results of the 1 MHz drive forward converter using proposed regenerative snubber circuit.
