Abstract(in English) This paper presents a prototype topology of high-frequency AC-DC converter switching power supply incorporating active transformer resonant ZVS-PFM / ZCS-PFM inverter, which is composed of rectifier with non-smoothing filter, soft-switching inverter, three-winding-designed transformer for magnetron and its heater circuit to provide the power. voltage doubler type switched capacitor rectifier and magnetron load. The computer-aided analysis of switching-mode system converter as AC-DC conversion is carried out considering the rectifier circuit with non-smoothing filter in input-side inverter, three-winding high-frequency transformer parasitic circuit resonance, magnetron characteristics as a load, and partially-operated modulation control scheme. The steady-state operating priciple of this converter-based switching power supply system for microwave oven is described on the basis of computer simulation results. It is proved that this converter includes some remarkable advantages such as reduced peak voltage stress applied to the power semiconductor switching devices, wide stable ZVS-PFM / ZCS-PFM mode realization as well as stable current fluctuation for heater winding of magnetron.
