| 抄録(和) | 電動車両等に搭載する移動用中大容量蓄電池の充電を非接触コネクタで行う充電器をワンコンバータで構成し、その回路の入出力特性、ソフトスイッチングによる効率向上、出力電圧電流の制御特性をシミュレーションで検討し、その一部を実験で検証したので報告する。昇圧型コンバータを電流不連続モードで動作させて無制御で入力力率をほぼ100%とし、入力電流の総合歪率を10%程度以下にする。ソフトスイッチングのためにコネクタのインダクタンスを利用し、若干のインダクタを付加して全負荷範囲でZVSを実現する。また直流電圧を検出してスイッチング周波数を変えて良好な制御が出来る事を確認する。 |
| 抄録(英) | A simulation of circuit input output characteristics, improved efficient soft switching and control characteristics of output voltage and current of an one-converter type contactless charger for moving use middle and large capacity batteries set in EV's is shown. Current discontinuous mode booster converter has nearly 1 input power facter and THD of input current is lower than nearly 10% without any control. The inductanses of the connector are used for soft switching but a little inductor is added, and ZVS is realized in over all load condition. Good output regulation is confirmed by changing switching frequency by sensing DC voltage and current. |
