Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose one of non-rigid registration method for the liver region using different time series of 3D CT images. Unlike rigid organs such as brains, there are some gaps between these images because of tissue slide caused by breaths in soft tissue, so it is difficult to regist. To modify these gaps, we estimate an cost function which is suited for the target organ. As a result of applying real images and comparing a conventional method, we found our method better than conventional one.
