Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, medical computed tomography(CT)began a transition from fan-beam to cone-beam geometry with the introduction of multirow-detector systems. Therefore, cone-beam techniques become important for medical CT. However, there are various problems of three-dimensional image reconstruction algorithm, high volume coverage, scan speed, and reduced x-ray tube loading. We take notice of three-dimensional image recostruction algorithm considering the removal of the artifact. The artifact is generated adjacency of bone and air pockets region by the increase of cone angle. In this paper, we describe that two-pass algorithm is possible to reduce the artifact by synthesizing the process for projection and reconstruction, and the effectiveness of the two-pass algorithm is shown by using images of high-resoluble head phantom.
