Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Aim of this study is to propose a fast method to form statistically reliable functional images from positron emission tomography based on kinetic model. Voxels whose concentration history in tissue time activity are similar are gathered before parameter estimation by hierarchal MGM clustering, then kinetic parameters are estimated by cluster-by-cluster. Using this algorithm, make statistical reliability developed and estimating time shorten. Using hierarchal clustering, clinically reasonable parametric images were obtained in 10 minutes.
