Abstract(in English) This paper presents a support system for differential diagnosis of lung cancer using three-dimensional CT images. The lung area has very complicated structure, so it is difficult to understand the feature of abnormal tissue shape and the connectivity of blood vessels and tumor. We extract the blood vessel from the thorax three-dimensional CT images, and analyze the change of its extraction with difference of the condition of the images.
