Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this research is the analysis of organ functions in time space coordinates, concerning to two type bio-medical data, gathered in time series. First, we constitute three-dimensional time-space coordinate. Dynamic kidney nuclear images are analyzed by visualizing in stereo mode and clinical abnormal is clarified. In next research, rat neural samples place on the multiple planar microelectrodes formed on a substrate by photolithography and record simultaneousely the electrical responses of neurons at multiple sites over a long period of time. The neural cell activities are clarified by visualization in three dimensional time-space coordinates.
