Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an improvement of automatic path search algorithm for neurosurgery. General method of automatic path search algorithm focuses on finding a path that gives least damage to soft tissue of brain. As the results, the path takes complicated route and sometime it is impossible for real surgery. We use Snakes that deforms outline models based on energy balance to revise the algorithm. |
