Abstract(in English) This paper evaluates the extraction algorithms of center lines from MRA images of brain. The comparative algorithms are of the thinning for three-dimensional gray images and the center line extraction. Synthesized vessel models are used for evaluation, and the experiments focus on the consilience of the lines generated by each algorithm and ideal center lines. The number of unnecessary branches and the accuracy of branch point are also discussed.
