Abstract(in English) | The quality of X-ray CT image will be degraded by the"metal artifact"in the case there exists metallic objects in the slice plane. To reduce metal artifacts, the following algorithm was found to be effective. First low contrast image is calculated by EM algorithm. Second, forward projected data(calculated from low contrast image)is used to modify measured projection data. The second part of this algorithm is inspired by IRR(Iterative Reconstruction and Reprojection). |
