Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Aim of this study is to propose a fast method to form statistically reliable functional images from positron emission tomography by clustering based on kinetic model. Voxels whose ceonentration history in tissue time activity are similar are gathered before parameter estimation, then kinetic parameters are estimated by cluster-by-cluster. Statistical reliability can be developped around ten times better than ordinal voxel based estimation, and calculation time to form a parametric image is 20 times faster.
