| 抄録(和) | 外来診察時にCR(Computed Radiography)画像を参照するシステムを、画像転送性能の観点から的確に記述するシステムモデルを構築した。このシステムモデルでは画像転送処理のフローと共に、システム資源の並行的、非同期的、競合的な利用を記述した。外来患者数800人/日、外来診察室33程度の病院を想定したシミュレーションでは、CR画像(1/10 圧縮: 700kB/画像)参照システムを、画像到着待ち時間3秒以内で実現するためには、ハードディスクとネットワークに各々3MB/s、25Mbps以上の実効データ転送速度が、システム全域で必要であった。この時7検査(3画像/検査)までの画像参照は、外来診察のスループットに影響を与えないことが分かった。 |
| 抄録(英) | A modeling of CR (Computed Radiography) image reference system for the outpatient clinic is proposed and system performance is discussed on this model. In order to estimate the performance degradation by simultaneous accesses to the system, the model can describe parallel processing and competitive usage of the system resources as well as work flows and image transfer flows. For the case of 800 outpatients/day, 33 clinics and 3 reference images of 700 kB for a patient, simulation results indicate that both effective data transfer rates of the hard disks and the network must have at least 3 MB/s and 25Mbps respectively everywhere in the system. In this case, images up to 7 examinations (3 images / examination) could be transferred without throughput degradation at the outpatient consultation. |
