| Abstract(in English) | We are developing a Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system for lung cancer screening by CT (LSCT). Two new functions are added into the system for supporting screening work. First new function is digitized clinical records are prepared by system, and including three parts of diagnosis items check, comment writing and sketch. The images and the records are preserved as a set of patient data for patient information management. Second, comparison screening function is provided in comparison with images of three times for the same patient. It can search the process of cancer appearing if the patient has a cancer shadow. We are now in the process of feasibility study. |
