Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes the transformation method from raster image data to SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). SVG is a WWW standard data format for two-dimensional vector graphics officially formulated at W3C in September 2001. By using this method, application can deal with raster images as vector graphics, and therefore application can sufficiently utilize some merits of SVG. This paper shows the general outline of SVG and the results of evaluation tests, and this paper also shows the effectiveness of the transformation technology for SVG conversion |
