The Action Analysis of Walker in a Pedestrian crossing

Abstract(in English) In this paper, the action analysis of the walker who crosses a pedestrian crossing is considered using a Freeman's chain code. The purpose of this paper is analyzing walking speed and the moving directions of a walker on a pedestrian crossing using image processing technology. It can give a warning message to a driver. First an input image is obtained from the fourth floor of a building. Then, subtraction with background Image extracts a person. Walker is pursued from the extracted person region. Danger is examined using these.
