| Abstract(in English) | Trends and prospects of contents production in multimedia era are described from the viewpoint of efficient use of metadata and contents. Outline of SMPTE and MPEG-7standards are given, which specify metadata and file formats that are essential for efficient use of contents. DTPP and Beatus are introduced as good examples, which accumulate metadata and contents and utilize them efficiently. Examples of using various contents multiply are also introduced. Multiple-output program production is proposed as a framework to produce contents efficiently in multimedia era. |
