Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a equal function system with Vehicle Information and Communication System (VICS), which detects vehicles on the road with optical beacons for traffic control and supply real-time traffic information, the traffic information system have been proposed which using existing light emitting diode (LED) traffic lights. However, because the receiver on a vehicle is setup fixed angle, the service area is small and amount of information is small. We propose the traffic information system with the receiver, which can track to LED traffic lights. In this paper, we analyze a signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) using this system in service area, and the movement of the receiver and SNR when strong ray enter the receiver like mistaking tracking the LED traffic light.
