| 抄録(和) | 従来の移動体相互通信では、隠れ端末の発生やリソース管理の複雑さが課題となっていた。我々は、この課題が無指向性の電波を使った、CSMA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access)方式による通信に起因すると考え、指向性の強い赤外線による通信方式を検討した。一般に、指向性を有する赤外線を用いた無線通信は、端末の移動・回転により通信の途絶が起こりやすい。我々は、赤外線の入射角度検出機能を持つ複数の赤外線送受信機を、全周方向を向くように並べ、それぞれの方向にいる相手と通信が可能な空間分割型赤外線通信システムを開発し、これら課題を解決しうる良好な実験結果を得た。 |
| 抄録(英) | Normal mobile communications have some problems related to hidden terminals and interference with radio channels. We have tried to solve these problems by means of a communication carrier using strongly focused directional infrared rays. However, with infrared mobile communication, short breaks in the connection between terminals easily occur when those terminals are moving. We developed an infrared communication system using space-division of sensors facing outward toward different points on a circumference, giving an incidence angle detection function of infrared rays. The experiment result was good, solving the problems it addressed. |
