| Abstract(in English) | Recently, using the network on the road for ITS services becomes the focus of public attention.And car detection in encoded road pictures is demanded.We researched the quantitative influence of coding parameters on vehicle detection.First, on this study, it is clarified that coding algorithms, video formats, prediction picture type and flame interval have correlations with the performance.We proposed new methods to detect vehicles from coded video on ITS network.We apply these methods to detecting traffic flows. |
