Abstract(in English) Optical heterodyne laser microscope has an imaging principle that the incident phase difference between the signal and reference lights are averaged out except when two sources are at the same point. Thus three-dimensional image are obtained by three-dimensional scanning of the signal or the reference light. The heterodyne microscope is expected to be useful in the three-dimensional imaging and also in the various developments. In this report, the imaging property of the heterodyne microscope and the method of display with A/D converter are described.
