Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multi-channel transmission is indispensable for recent Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM)system. Fiber Bragg grating that has steep slope transmission and reflection spectrum is suitable for add-drop multiplexer, however it is necessary to connect numbers of single channel FBG serially. To reduce the size and the cost, it would be better to apply the multi-channel reflection FBG for WDM system. We designed reflective index profile of the multi-channel reflection FBG to suppress the reflection crosstalk, and confirmed the characteristics experimentally.
