Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | An optical fiber cable transfer splicing(CATS) system is developed for use in removing from active optical fiber cables to dark ones. This system enables rapidly change transmission routes without interrupting services. This paper describe reduction of loss fluctuation caused by vibration of mechnically transferble(MT) connector after transfer splicing. |
