Abstract(in English) | We propose a fabrication method of dielectric-multilayer coated hollow fibers which potentially have ultra-low loss properties. A fiber having three dielectric layers and the structure of SiO_2/Ta_2O_5/SiO_2/Ag is fabricated by all liquid-phase coating method where the SiO_2 layer is formed by using per hydro polysilazane(PHPS) as a precursor and Ta_2O_5 is deposited by sol-gel method. We successfully fabricate the multilayered fiber having proper coating thickness and the fiber shows low loss at the wavelength of Nd:YAG laser. |
