Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Configurations using planar diffractive optics were discussed with aberration correction methods for compact spectral imaging system, and two examples were designed. Combination of a planar grating and fiber bundle was proposed and optimized for imaging continuous spectrum with narrow view angle. Curvature was introduced in end face of fiber bundle, and spectral resolution of 3.4nm with spatial resolution of 0.19mm was predicted for 100nm wavelength range with 10mm detection size. Another example is combination of two grating lenses for separating red, green and blue colors under condition of wide view angle. Spatial resolution of 300dpi was predicted for 2cm readout width.
