Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Reviewing current wiring system, configuration and structure, we have studied on a high density termination cabnet for optical fiber cables with use of compact-size connectors and thinner optical fiber cords. Reduction of wire-handling space and high density arrangemant of connectors have achieved 2.4 times larger accomodation capability than that of our present cabinet. Evaluation tests have proved that the new cabinet satisfied our specification demands and presented no problem in the field of workability.
