Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A non-contact power supply system has been developed that uses an electromagnetic coupling and is powered by solar cells. It measures 62×90×3mm. Its zero-voltage switching circuits and a resonant transmission line make it possible to achieve a maximum efficiency of 65% when the input and output voltages are 3.0 and 2.6 V, respectively, and the gap is 0.4mm. This system is applicable to small portable terminals.
