Abstract(in English) It is well known that a fiber Bragg grating, which utilizes the UV light induced refractive index change, works as a reflective filter with a narrow bandwidth. Therefore, it has attracted much attention as a novel optical device composing of an optical add-drop multiplexer module in a dense WDM system. In this paper, wavelength control techniques of a fiber grating for a dense WDM system are introduced.
