| Abstract(in English) | CRM is recently used in education/drill and not necessarily in good results for crew collaboration team works in bridge. The human element is one of the most important contributory aspects to the causation and avoidance of accidents. We have systematically treated human errors by the voice input-output control, interactive system to check the occurrence of incidents/accidents, underlying causes and influences, and have found it to be reasonable techniques to avoid them and reduce mental stresses. |
