Abstract(in English)	Author's earlier researches on reliability, especially accelerated life test and related topics are explained. For example, degradation failure model of electronic component and parts, cumulative failure model and derivation of the generalized minor' rule, accelerated life test methods including step-stress method and sudden death method, the relationship between acceleration factor and proportional hazard model are briefly mentioned.
