| Abstract(in English) | TRAIL ("Transportation Accessibility Improvement Law") was entered into force in November 2000. As disabled people including wheelchair users become to live on more active social lives, safety of a wheelchair and its related matters is further desired. In this paper we show an outline of a wheelchair and a fitting means of a wheelchair for a user. And we express safety of wheelchair mobility in town and in transportation system such as bus and ships. |
