| Abstract(in English) | Portable Locator Beacon(PLB)must be helpful to search the position of a surviver at an accident as the secondary use against the primary beacons which are regally installed on the aircraft or the ship. There are no regal requirement to use the PLB in Japan. To use the PLB as an example of "Emergency" manufactured by Breitling has regally allowed in some foreign countries, thus people in their countries have already received the benefit to use the PLB. At the earliest opportunity, it is necessary to make the regal requierment for the PLB in Jpan. |
