Abstract(in English) | However, earthing for both electrical sircuit and ESD controll is well known technology, high functional system and devices have some risk of ESD hazards by traditional earthing system. Compared the physical meaning of circuit earthing with the physical meaning of ESD controll, it was cleared that ESD controll is a technology to keep every elements on line at an equipotential. This means ESD controll earthing must used to have a potential adjust circiut, and minimum break down voltage of IC is well suited to equipotential level of ESD controll system. |
