| Abstract(in English) | IEC/TC9 standards for safety technologies for railway signalling are to be discussed shortly and corresponding CENELEC standards of EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129 are to be circulated as CDV(Committee Draft for Vote), benefiting from fast track procedure. This paper describes the outline of these CENELEC safety standards, which specify open markets, interoperability and common standards with legal power, including the difficulties and problems associated with quantitative analysis. |
