| 抄録(和) | 多くの船舶の推進動力システムは、2サイクル・ディーゼル機関1台あるいは複数台の設置によって構成されており、舶用主機関の基本機能目的を考慮するならば、このシステムは冗長度を有するものと考えられる。本論は、舶用機器の信頼性に関わるフィールド・データを集積した船舶信頼性データベースの主機関故障データに基づき、複数台搭載された主機関による冗長度の影響あるいは効果を検討したものである。検討の結果、機器要素増加がもたらすシステムへの不信頼度の影響は運転状況により軽減されることや、機関2台設置のシステムにおける不稼働率は1台の場合とほぼ等しい事が明らかとなった。 |
| 抄録(英) | A good many power propulsive systems are constituted by two or one set of 2 cycle diesel engine. If the basic functional purpose of a main engine system is taken into the consideration, it is estimated that the system has a redundancy. This present report is concerned with the influence and the effect of redundancy to the safety navigation by using JSRIC information on the ship reliability. And, JSRIC pays a very important role in the reliability analysis for the ship equipment. Examining the redundancy on the main engine system, the influence of failure to the system and the influence time to the operating time were become clear. |
