Abstract(in English)	Because unauthorized access causes a lot of damage to the information system, the countermeasure against the unauthorized access(data destruction, alteration, intrusion, system crash) has been an important subject. This paper describe the design and construction of Firewall System to prevent unauthorized access. In design and construction, perform decision of a security countermeasure and perform construction according to it, after clarifying the target system. Moreover, in a Firewall System, there is also a threat which cannot be prevented and it needs to be coped with by other security technology and system management.
