| Abstract(in English) | We are now encountering effective means to keep the quality of lives of the aged by physical or mental complements for their reduced abilities and functions. Here I discuss safety of the aged society with relation to dependability. Firstly the dynamic activity of human being is discussed from engineering point of view. Information technology with mechanical supplements will be important. Then the fundamental requirements for realizing safety are introduced and the concept and a application to healthcare of member-supporter system are finally proposed. |
