| Abstract(in English) | Nuclear Industries had been one of the most Inportant Industry field for Japan who are lack of natural resources. It had been developed safely under the national consensus of safe industry. Unfortunately the critical accident which happen in Tokai-mura last September entirely destroyed such a safety illusions. After the accident, many missunderstandings and faulty recognitions of risk managenent had been found and remains a lot of things to be rectified.The Nuclear Insurance also just under the works of alternation from the begining of 2000 and the accident are not coverered the new rules. |
