Abstract(in English) The Socially Responsible Quality (SQR) is the new concept of quality management. Safety is described from the concept of the SQR in this paper. The paradigm shift of the economics, the production and the life-style of people generate the responsibility of the companies for the residents and their society that are influenced by the company activities. In the concept of the SRQ, the elements of the company responsibility with their product activities are defined by the safety, the environmental conservation and the usability. These elements are selected as the necessary condition to be realized the true sustainable development of the society and companies. One of the characteristics of the SRQ is clearly introducing of the concept of time. The necessity of the investment plan based on the Engineering Economy is referred from the viewpoint of the cost and the product life-cycle.
