Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This research work is regarding the construction of optimizing the system as to both materials and production processes to realize economically functional quality for shielding electromagnetic wave interference, namely EMI to be generated from various electronic instruments. As the results of the examination of both advantages and disadvantages of various materials and production processes to provide electrical conductivity for the housing (in other words, an enclosed chamber) of electronic instruments as to the electrical conductivity which controls the shielding function, the functional quality for shielding, production cost, product weight, degree of designing freedom, productivity, recyclability, etc. have comprehensively been estimated from the view point of optimizing the production system. It is useful and effective to use injection molding technology with extra fine metal fiber-polymer composite material for mass production of electronic instrument.
