Abstract(in English) | The Tunnel Section of The Trans-Tokyo Bay Highway is under sea stracture 10km inlength. Maintenans and disaster prevention systems therefore employ the latest technology. The principal facilities include, (1) Ventilation facilities and the ventilation stations, (2) Emergency facilities, (3) Lighting facilities All these facilities are designed to be under supervisiory remote control, and the equipment is under the supervigion of the survillanse and contorol room, which is in full operation of 24 hours every day. |
