| Abstract(in English) | The DoPa service was launched in March 1996 and i-mode service was launched in February 1999 . It has been enjoying phenomenal success, with the number of subscribers. To ensure the quality of mobile multimedia service, the monitoring of traffic within the network and network controls in response to congestion are indispensable. In this paper, we present the mechanism of analysis of the cause of congestion, and the mechanism of congestion control to several nodes. |
