Abstract(in English) | We propose a bandwidth management method of a backup path in the path protection for a mesh network. Each working path has its backup path, and two or mor e backup paths share their bandwidth partially. Using the coucept of SRLG to determine whether their bandwidth should be shared, this method enables us to protect all working paths against any single network failure, with efficient practical use of a network resource. |
