Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a novel priority queuing system that achieves accurate priority control by referring to the requested destination arrival time of each packets in IP networks. The priority of a packet is determined and re-calculated in each routers from two factors. One is the time remaining to the requested arrival time and the other is the distance to the destination. The proposed queuing system achieves more accurate priority control than the current method and can efficiently control the interval of packet arrival time. Our results show that the maximum interval of arriving packets can be effectively controlled by the requested destination arrival time of each packet.
