Abstract(in English) In order to support faster handover, conventionally it has been used mobility management nodes for local mobility in a given fixed region. However, these nodes in the conventional proposal have been basically fixed manner, therefore, these nodes have to be changed when the mobility across the region. Eventually, a lot of packet losses have been recognized due to the handover process. In this paper, we propose the technique to configure the region proactively when the mobility across the region aiming minimizing the packet loss during the handover.
