| Abstract(in English) | VoIP(Voice over IP) is watched with interest as a infrastructure of a new voice service. On the other hand, a concept of SLA(Service Level Agreement) has been established. A service provider contracts a guarantee of a service level with a customer. This paper says a study of SLA of the VoIP service in particular. And a software structure of SLM(Service Level Management) is investigated which has flexibility for changes of the service or various vendor's NEs(Network Elements). |
